What's the difference between the E-Commerce Pro & Basic pakage?
The SmplePlan E-Commerce Basic package does not include maintenance & support for your e-commerce store. We will add 5 products to your store for you. But, it will be YOUR responsibility to add any additional products and manage any future product changes. In addition, the Pro website package comes with the Auto Post to Social Media, our Listings Management service, additional SEO on E-Commerce store products, unlimited business email accounts, and email account migration from a pre-existing website host.

First, you will receive a welcome e-mail from the Rooah! team. This e-mail includes your order confirmation, your login-in credentials in order to access your dashboard, and the link to the digital client dashboard.

Once you login to your dashboard, you will be able to see all the products you have ordered with us, your portal for submitting support tickets, and all billing information for your products. Make sure to bookmark this website.

The same day we receive your order, your website is assigned to a project manager. Your project manager will give you a call to meet you and understand more about your business. They will gather the specific information about your business that will be included on your website.

How long will it take for my website to be built?
Our SimplePlan E-Commerce websites usually take about 4 weeks to build. Build times may take longer or shorter depending on how many services your business offers.
Will I be able to update my website on my own?
You will always have access to your website in order to make changes or updates on your own. If you ever need help make a change, you can call our support at anytime and we will walk you through how to make the edit. For any changes on your content pages, our support team can do it for you. But any edits to your e-commerce store is your responsibility with the E-Commerce Basic package.
Do you redesign existing websites?
When we redesign a website, we build a new wesbite from start to finish. To make sure your business does not experience any downtime, we build your website at a staging domain and move it to your current domain afterwe get your thumbs up. Your new website must remain hosted on our servers until your website is paid in full.
Do I need to purchase a new website domain?
The SimplePlan E-Commerce Package includes FREE Domain registration for any top-level domain (.com|.org|.net). If you already have a domain and you prefer to use the one you already own, we can do that as well. We will just need access to your domain registrar so we can point it to the new website.
What if I'm not sure what to put on my website?
Coming up with detailed descriptions for each service your business offers can often be time consuming. That is why we have a dedicated team of copywriters that will research the most effective way to describe your services on your website.
Are there any additional costs?
After you complete all monthly installments for your website, the only fee you have is a yearly hosting fee of $150.00 starting in Year 2. This includes all the benefits that comes with our Managed Hosting! You may choose a different hosting provider after your website is paid in full.
